The WORST auction in the southeast. They can't even spell listings correctly or mark them for what they are (listed a Hellcat as a regular Challenger). If you have an issue good luck speaking with anyone. They screen phone calls and won't answer, including the receptionist. The arbitration manager AJ is unhelpful and unprofessional. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE.

horrible here, the security lady will not help you at all. She would rather shove her face with food, then help anyone out!!!!! The guy who was there was very helpful. Talk to the guy and he will help you out at the gates.
Been buying vehicles for my lot for over 25 years back when it was Clanton's. I have to say I have never been as disappointed as I have been lately. I bought a "Green Light" F250 recently online with an above average grade on the condition report and even paid for a post sale inspection. The truck came in and immediately we realized something was terribly wrong with this truck!! The body had been eat out with rust and poorly repaired, bondo hanging out of everywhere... The door latch was even rusted out and gone! Shocks rusted off, truck wouldn't idle, Brake lines almost rusted through, park brake cable rusted off, etc... I called the arbitration department and after several calls finally spoke to someone. I explained the issues with him and he was very abrupt in saying they couldn't and wouldn't do anything for me or even speak to the seller to come to some kind of a conclusion. I asked how did it pass the post sale inspection?? He simply said rust won't fail an inspection unless the frame is weakened by it.... That's ridiculous... Very disappointed in the way this was handled. I guess I'll have to lose a ton of money again because someone wasn't doing their job because I cant sell stuff like this to innocent people! BTW RUST SHOULD ALWAYS BE ANNOUCED! Its a safety issue!
