Very disappointing! Unbelievably expense for very few flowers in a funeral arrangement and the few flowers that were used are the least expense flowers you can purchase. Most of the arrangement was what they called "filler". Wouldn't recommend.
Penny and her team have arranged many items for my family and all have been amazing, lovely, and affordable!! Recently, I received orchids (tiger lilies), and the lasted for almost two weeks.
If I could give this establishment 0 stars it would still be too much. I went into this establishment on 7/13/17 to purchase a casket spray that I found on Parks Florist website. Upon arrival, I showed the worker a screenshot of the spray that I was interested in purchasing. She views the screenshot and advised that it would be "around" $350.00. I explained to her that the website (Parks Florist) advertises 239.95 she blatantly lied to me and said that they were unable to get into the website to change their prices, that $350.00 was the cost. The reason I'm calling her a liar is because the website mysteriously shows the same exact spray at $350.00. Needless to say I did not purchase from the, simply because they would not honor the advertised price on their website. I drive to Florence and purchased the same exact casket spray for $239.95 plus tax.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I made that mistake and my order never was sent after paying. It took me 3 emails and countless times calling to finally get someone on the phone only to tell me they are closed for business. Remove your website. Stop misleading customer. Not even worth 1 star.
One of my friend's mother passed away in Darlington and I needed to send some flowers to the funeral. I tried to get the flowers sent by internet using 2 of the main providers there but was unable to get an assurance they would be sent right. So I did a Google search and The Park Florist came up as one of the florists in the search result. I gave them a call and told then what I needed the flowers for and how much I could spend on them; and they took care of the rest. I made the trip to Darlington for the funeral and was very pleased with the flowers they had arranged; a beautiful spray of flowers. If you're kind of worried about picking a florist on the internet... this is a good one. And because I'm usually leery of positive reviews on the internet, let me state that I am not a paid reviewer, or an employee of the florist; just a guy from out of town calling to order flowers.
